Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns


•    You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
•    The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
•    The item must be in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials).
•    You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
•    Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., hygiene products, custom orders) are excluded.


2. Non-Returnable Items


•    We do not accept returns on the following:
•    Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents
•    Products without original packaging or missing components
•    Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
•    Items returned after the 7-day return period
•    Gift cards or downloadable software
•    Personal care accessories (such as earphones or wearables) if unsealed


3. Return Process


To initiate a return:

•    Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
•    Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.
•    Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense unless the return is due to our error.
Note: Please do not return any product without authorization.


4. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
•    If the item is eligible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•    If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process the refund through bank transfer or mobile wallet.
•    You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
•    Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


5. Exchanges


We offer free exchanges if you receive:
•    A defective item
•    A damaged product
•    The wrong product
•    If you wish to exchange for a different color/model, the product must be unopened and unused. Availability depends on current stock.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

•    Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
•    Include photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.
